I just resized it and mixed, matched and edited the sprites accordingly. Wasn't too hard, but a little tricky. I hope doesn't mind that I did this.

Added an actual ducking animation. It's not a whole lot different, and I added two unarmed ducking frames, so which ever one suits your fancy.
