Sweet zombie Jesus, I haven't posted anything in over a year. Let's rectify that; it's some designs I doodled today for this fanfic idea I've been kicking around where fifteen years after they sacrificed their powers to destroy Nukus, Drew, Jo, and Roland, older, wiser, and more embittered, are drawn back to Charterville. Using the late Art Fortunes' final drawings, the newly repowered Beetleborgs Xceed have to defend their home from Nukus who has been resurrected with the aid of Les Fortunes' former cellmate, a cartoonist who is both more malicious and more competent than his predecessor. The 'borgs have their hands full, not just in dealing with monsters who can't be sent back into their artwork, but in-fighting amongst themselves, having drifted apart over the years...
