The software used for the creation of this one is Paint Tool SAI.

The original sketch was drawn back in 2008, and a lineart was made in early 2011 by me. I was drawn towards making it again, after finishing Sirena.

Paint Tool SAI has an unofficial version in English. If I'm not mistaken, that is.

It does but the version I downloaded has gibberish and you understood perfectly ^^
