As Tomoko pointed out, my earliest drawings of Kiwi were, well, beefy. As I got better at drawing, and I got more use to drawing her, her design streamlined quite a bit. There's another big change to her appearance here, and as always, there is a story behind that.

We (the party) were told by a traveler that the ghost of a Sphinx haunted the road to Brightstone keep. There were also kobolds in the area. Like the good little adventurers we are, we set out to take care of this problem. We found the Sphinx's lair, and its ghost, and learned that it had been plundered by said kobolds. We were then threatened with severe haunting to go take revenge on the kobold band. We found a kobold who had been left behind, and Holly managed to talk it into cooperating with her and taking us to where the kobolds were. She had to promise that we would do "No pokey-pokey unless they pokey-pokey first" a diplomatic agreement we would sort of regret.

After we found the kobolds, Holly and Black Angus used their magic to frighten the kobolds into surrendering the Sphinx's loot, and leaving the area, and we got pelted with some 300 gold worth of copper. Holly adopted Ank the kobold, since the others didn't want him back, and he had been socializing nicely. He works in the kitchens now.

Somewhere in there, we did end up fighting some kobold mages and dire weasels. I think this was on our way to the Sphinx cave. Kiwi took a fireball to the back, and was saved by her hair, which then needed to be chopped off. I think the DM just thought it was ridiculous ~giggle~ I know Holly's player did.
