The neck and torso look pretty exaggerated, the stomach muscles are quite oversized. Still, the texture is very well done and the legs look just about spot on. Gonna rig it?

yeah not really natural I guess, but I kinda model them fingers this way at work, easier for riggers haha

From a technical standpoint, the hands are fine. If this is going to be rigged, which I assume it will, then you don't want to pose the character in any dramatic way, yet the arms would still probably need to be moved into a semi-relaxed T-pose. The anatomy is all there place although I have to say everything above the biceps and chest seem a little off. The face is a little stiff and it seems like the neck area is a little elongated. Still some nice work though!
