Her hair is very good, and cool, i like this style, looks like a fusion with short and long; her "legs armor" and the overcoat, very nifty!

This is an interesting twist on your style; almost representative of your past space-age work, but being organic rather than mechanical this time. There is a feeling of aquatic sleekness to her curves and the sharp line of her fins and what appear to be gills at several points across her body. She even looks a little distrusting, subtly savage around the eyes and lips like a half-shark.
She's beautiful, but dangerous.
She's smooth, but coarse.

Biological. I have NO IDEA how one would go about sticking one's fins into such an apparatus, but I don't understand how women wear high heels, either, so I'm not about to judge her if she wants to keep her fins protected.

Maernians are kind of a take off of merfolk with a kind of an alien spin, not quite a fish but not quite a mammal either. It's kind of like how a lot of dinosaurs weren't quite reptiles but weren't quite birds either and landed on some odd middle ground with a mixture of feathers and scales; only here it's scales and skin. While they get along fine out of the water, they much prefer to stay nice and moist at all times and in the case of especially dry environments actually have to take special measures for it; hence the form-fitting moisture suit covering her from the neck down. It's designed for comfort, style, and functionaly, providing the streamlined profile of a wetsuit.
