It depends, most of the time it takes me long.. like an hour or something, but that's because I'm never satisfied xD But I think on this one it took me 15 minutes ^^

It's mainly the lens I use, a fast 50mm lens gives a lot of bokeh and it's an easy lens to use. 
And of course practise is a good thing, I've spend a lot of time on photography and I've progressed if I see my older pictures ^^
And don't forget Photoshop, not to manipulate, but just to make the colors more "attractive" and to remove the little flaws makes it all more pleasant for the
