Beautiful, cool shot, and the background is perfect~~I would love to know how you decide to compose the shot so the background is just defocused enough and un-busy enough to perfectly frame the main elements......

I just used a big aperture of F/1.4 to get a blurry background ^^

Woah! I love it! The cold colors work so well together, and I love how the pink in the corner contrasts with the purple, green, and blue hues found throughout the rest of the image! The way that the picture comes out of focus and blends as it gets farther away from the main focus is nicely done, and I also like that bit of purple-blue color devoid of plants behind the main subject; it brings more attention to it. I love how the picture is magical and surreal all at the same time- lovely job!
Also, if I may inquire, did you use a bokeh lense or similar for this picture? The blurring doesn't look just like blurring; there's some other kind of affect going on here.
