Description
A Maverick created by Dr.Doppler which has the powers of Volt Catfish and Crush Crawfish. He was meant to be an experimental Maverick to see how much power a smaller reploid can handle. Unfortunately, Bolt Scampi did not get to see the light of day years after Doppler’s defeat. When Bolt Scampi eventually got revived by Vile Force, his discovery of Doppler death as well as his predecessors made him go mad and would help Vile Force by attacking a major G.U.A.R.D power plant.
