Description
Part Three with a lil' twist. Completely new and final of my robot masters roster. Like the new first batch and second batch I had to make them more original. However, Bug Man, Glide Man, Thunder Man & Fossil Man were inspired by old sets (read the "Note" below) which were then amalgamated to incarnate these sinister monster-themed robot masters sorted by pixel height:
- Bug Man - Security and I.T. robot master with the duty to crypt, hacking, bugging/debugging etc. Power gear is installed in him.
- Glide Man - Air traffic control robot. Speed gear is installed in him.
- Mole Man - Farmer & Deep-excavation robot. Speed gear is installed in him.
- Leech Man - Swamp management robot with the main purpose of combat. Power gear is installed in him.
- Serpent Man - Deep-sea Hydrothermal research robot. Speed gear is installed in him.
- Fruit Man - Farmer & Vendor robot. Power gear is installed in him.
- Thunder Man - Weather-control robot. Power gear is installed in him.
- Fossil Man - Archaeology robot and Museum mascot. Power gear is installed in him.
And the weapons model is a page taken from Mega Man 11. The weapons are:
- Debug Coding - Sends debugging energy to infect and shut down enemies. With power gear engaged, Mega Man can release a giga attack doing so.
- Sky Dip - Allows Mega Man to dash in mid-air in a spiral. He can do so diagonally upwards or downwards (swoop). Toggling speed gear adds extra damage.
- Digging Nails - Shoots spreading cluster of drills from fingers.
- Leech Mine - Sends leeches that orbits Mega Man, which can be released onto enemies, drain them as it absorbs energy that refuels Mega Man, and explode on the after.
- Hydrothermal Spiral - Shoots a tornado of fire and hot water to cause overheat onto enemies.
- Nuclear Fruit - Throws/drops explosive, acidic fruit-like bombs.
- Thunder Clap - Allows Mega Man to clap as lightning strikes each enemies at once. 4 is the maximum lightning bolts.
- Fossil Drone - Sends dinosaur-fossil drones that homes into enemies and explode on impact.
Note:
- The themes of each robot masters (other than beast-like (with the exception of Thunder Man)) are as follows: Bug = Cyber (Electric + Space-Time), Glide = Air, Mole = Earth Mover, Leech - Water, Serpent = Fire/Water, Fruit = Nature/Bomb, Thunder = Electric, Fossil = Earth Mover/Bomb.
- Bug Man is a mix of old robot masters Hack Man (Old Set 2) and Parasite Man (Old Set 3).
- Glide Man is the refurbished version of the completely scrapped set 5 robot master of the same name. Some elements were taken from Turbulent Man (Old Set 2) as well.
- Leech Man and Serpent Man were unpublished robot masters, but redesigned.
- Thunder Man's design is a combination of designs from old robot masters Parasite Man (Old Set 3) and Static Man (Old Set 4). His beard was inspired by Spore Man's (Old Set 1) scrapped redesign.
- Fossil Man's design is a mixture of old robot master Bone Man (Old Set 4) and inspiration from T-Rex Man (one of the several robot masters destroyed by Terra from Rockman Gigamix Vol. 2 ).
- Fruit Man's design were inspiration of monkey-like robot masters from the fan community.
- Serpent Man's design is inspired by the oarfish, which may link to the whole sea serpent forklore.
- Fruit Man and Mole Man doesn't get along most of the time, due to the fact that Mole Man steals from Fruit Man's farm at times.
• [1/1/2022]: Remade Mega Man's sprite and made tweaks on robot masters (except Bug Man and Mole Man). Changed Fruit Man and Thunder Man's design.

Excellent. Most inspiring robot master designs. Last two reminds me of Ch4d's fusion project plus another Fossil Man with Trilobite Bomb as primary weapon

Thanks fam. Thunder was gonna be a Totem Man (then I saw one with similar concepts, yet I kept the 4 arms concept) and Serpent (who I've recycled) to has his ability. How does the other Fossil Man look like?

Looking at these redesigns makes me want to come up with more ideas for robot masters.
This also makes me wonder what you're gonna do for the fourth batch (if you plan on doing a 4th one).

Okay. Heres what I think they're names are gonna be:
Bone man -> Tomb Man (reason: Fossil Man exists. But maybe not for long)
Speedster Man -> Drift Man (reason: his original name was too long, so I made it shorter)
Helium Man -> Blimp Man (Reason: Blimps.)
Draft Man -> Sketch Man
Detergent Man -> Cleanse Man (reason: He'll cleanse you're soul from making a longer name)
Static Man -> Galvanic Man (Reason: I have absolutely nothing)
Pyroclaust Woman -> Surge Woman (Reason: See Robot name no 2 for the answer)
Heavy Man -> Anvil Man (reason: Anvils are basically very heavy.)

Bug>Glide>Fossil>Fruit>Mole>Leech>Thunder>Serpent
Explanation: think of a parasitic symbiotic relationship between a tick and a bird (Bug and Glide in this case) now picture Bug shutting down Glide's CPU in mid air crash landing. Glide's powerful (I'm assuming) dash/swoop hard enough to break Fossil's bones, yeah, I did an Angry Birds reference, bite me. Some dinosaurs are fruits right? So Fossil's drone crunches on Fruit. Fruit will nuke on Mole when ingested, plus uk the relationship in Bomb on Earth mover robot masters already. Mole's drills will bore through Leech, who can absorb Thunder's energy based on Leech's ability. Lightning is critical on sea creatures as water conducts electricity, therefore killing Serpent. Serpent's fire and water can cause malfunctioning onto Bug's computer-like structure. You're welcome.
