Occupation: Priestess (Past life) Balloon hero (Current)

Abilities: having abilities of different balloon mutts (Bounboggy, Dragogy, and many other balloon dogs) as well as some new ones. She is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat and changing her form from regular to her balloon mutt form.

Bio: After the defeat of the foul king that slain the original Rao, her soul can now rest in peace, but soon she was reincarnated as a new canine. She still remembers who she was, but she can only communicate with other canines. She wants to be something else besides a priestess so she decides to be a student of Balloon canine academy. She was a master of everyone while also creating new moves that no balloon mutt knew about. She was graduated with a balloon master’s degree and the necklace of mastery. She was now a rescue canine unit of one as she roams the street to find people to help from minor things like helping an old lady crossing the street to stopping a fire. A few people call her different names but one that sticks out the most was Hisoken Ronin (blimp wandering warrior)
