Hey look it's Dynamo! He's a guy from Mega Man X who made his first appearance in the fifth installment in the series. He was more or less the replacement for Vile, Sigma's right hand man. Instead of being a sadistic and violent enemy like Vile, Dynamo is sly, smug, and clever.

He also has nice hips.

And yeah, he was a hired gun, but he still took the place of purple helper guy who helps Sigma.
