A toon penguin of mine I recently got a colored pic of fromShe’s meant to be one of my major villain toons.
Penguina is a villainess who’s not only a cunning mastermind, but can also sometimes be a majorly flirty and kissy gal towards a target of her affection, judging from the purple kiss marks she's left on them. But don't let her flirting make you think she's a pushover, she's more than capable of taking action against enemies when need be, and her loyal followers obey her every command without question.
Penguina: Soon my master plan for world domination will be finally accomplished, then I and my precious darling shall rule...together.
