Original meme by Simbiothero : fav.me/dcgl0g6You know Bowser from the Super Mario series, right? Well-known as a character, but overdone as a villain. He has probably overstayed his welcome as a villain, and he has to give some other possible villains (new and old) a go! Also, if Bowser will try to redeem himself, it'll make so much sense, considering how he teamed up with Mario. Plus, I'm even including this in my Super Mario Alternate Adventure series (starting with Super Mario Bros. 3: Alternate Adventure). I'm sure that it'll be a sacrifice for Nintendo to make, and it's time.
Also, off-topic subject, but remember when King Dedede was once a villain in Kirby's Dream Land on Game Boy? Later on at the end of Kirby's Adventure, after Kirby defeated Nightmare with the Star Rod, King Dedede presumably gave up becoming rivals with Kirby. See?

Hey, it could be interesting! It would make him almost like King Dedede. I'm kinda imagining him as being a rival of Mario after either the original Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario Bros. 3, or something, and occasionally try to give Mario a hard time couple of times and try to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom or help him fight a even bigger villain. But hey, that's fine. Nintendo could make some new main villains other than Bowser, beside the spin-off games.
Also I remember that from Kirby's Adventure, Dedede knows that Nightmare will cause trouble and seal him away by breaking apart the Star Rod on purpose, though Kirby have repair it, release Nightmare by accident and defeated him anyway at the end. And I guess I remember Kirby initially going after Dedede in Squeak Squad as he thought he stole his strawberry shortcake(presumably because he remember that King Dedede stoles all the foods in Dreamland in the original Kirby's Dreamland) until he found out the titular villains of that game are the one who did it after beating Dedede.
