The choice to make the kids all doing something rather than laying down was definitely the right one. The composition is spot on as well.
There's definitely a feeling of isolation and the entire picture seems to be trying to tell me a story.
All in all, fantastic piece!

First of all, the artwork is gorgeous... I love these three, my fave characters in the manga and you captured the atmosphere of the flashback really well! I love all your OP fanarts, but this is one of the best imho.
