It's Bolt from Disney's newest CG animated film!! I have to say that I LOVED this movie; it is Disney's first NEW idea in a loooooooooooong time... (NOTE: WALL-E is Pixar; only affiliated with Disney by name as far as selling the product) I like to think of this movie as a fuzzy, kid-friendly Truman Show

This pic takes place after Bolt's person, Penny, has been kidnapped (so he thinks)... He's let out of his crate and he snarls viciously at the first thing he sees... the set's dog wrangler, dressed in protective pads the size of pillows...
and with good reason! lol

Bolt's like, "WHERE'S PENNY, YOU WHORE??!!!!" lol
