Okay, so, the kids I hang out with had NEVER heard of Digigmon, so I'm getting them to watch it... from the first season onward!
This LOVABLE guy is from the third season... I ADORED the first season... wasn't keen on the second... and I LOVED the third season; it was so... dark and cool
His name is Guilmon! Love his voice 
I just wanna huggle him like CRAZY!! 
The smudge tool was great for the clouds... I didn't really do much for the building; yeah it's a building, no one cares 
Guilmon: [Turns around and sees Takato; giggles and runs to him] TAKATOMON!!!!!

Btw, Takato is Guilmon's trainer... Guilmon used to call him Takatomon

I just watched a random episode with him in it and yeah he is pretty adorable and cuddly. His voice seems to have the same kind of voice as Stitch does.

I like how you drew guilmon but you need to work on making your lines smoother & possibly making sharp points on the ends of the lines to achieve a good effect. I'm not trying to be mean to you I'm just trying to help you.

Oh, I appreciate the feedback; I've been trying to figure out how to make smoother lines... sometimes they come out smooth, sometimes they don't... it's just flip-flopping; I haven't been able to find a consistant artistic formula quite yet
I usually have the outline in pencil set to 2px, and once it's all outlined and coloured, I blur it... at the time of this picture, I blurred it at 100% strength, but now I go over it with 50% and then again in 100%
Do you have any suggestions?

I think you shoold look closer into the lines you are drawing then draw from there, then continue from there. Would you like to see my deviantart?
