Description Heeee.... more Logan and Laura Father/Daughter fluff... I am so happy with this

Honestly didn't think I'd get it done today, but... shows what I know!
Again, this kind of thing didn't happen in the movie, BUT I DON'T CARE!! Let them have love... they're allowed to have love...


This is basically after a long day of kicking bad guy butt... it may or may not be noticeable, but Laura does have dried blood on her hands... baby needs a nap after killing all those baddies

And also, I referenced several shots from the film when they were in "Eden"... yeah it's just a random plot of desert land with a cabin, but... that's their safe haven

I adored this movie... I think you'll be pleasantly surprised; I was super happy they had Laura be a child in this, as opposed to a young adult like in the comics... you will believe you can be legitimately, p***-your-pants afraid... of an 11 year-old girl wearing a unicorn shirt

I like bittersweet stuff... there's a hard emotional punch to it, but at the same time... makes you smile in some way... or it does for me, anyways

I love how Laura is just slumped in his arms, totally out of it, and how sweetly he is holding her. (I'm so glad that you draw such beautiful father/daughter moments for them - they did not get enough moments like that in the movie itself. )

Also, I know you're a fan of the father/daughter relationship between Logan and Laura and also between Joel and Ellie from The Last of Us, so you are gonna get REALLY ATTACHED to two certain characters in Stranger Things season 2.

I'm a sucker for the father/daughter/son/surrogate child trope; it's one of my faves...

(i do wish we got more fluff but neither Laura or Logan were ever really... good... at fluff; I mean, they had their shining moments, but... Logan has never felt paternal feelings and Laura's a test tube baby trained to kill things )

GOOD GAHD I SAW THE FIRST FOUR EPISODES AND OH LORDY! Elll... there is so much going on, my brain is sore from processing it all BUT I LOVE IT!

It's one of my favorite tropes too.

(That's true; still, they cared about each other a great deal, and it shows a lot throughout the film. )

It does throw a lot at you in a short amount of time! lol I'm really glad you're enjoying it tho!!

(yeah... if he REALLY never cared, he would have given her up... and if SHE never cared, then she would have left him after he dropped like a hot potato on the road... heck Logan even said bad stuff happens to people he cares about... which is sadly true... sooo he does care for her and that was exactly why he wanted to peace out as quick as possible lol)

i love this show; it totally puts me in mind of X-Men but there's also bits of Insidious and Stand By Me

(Yes, exactly. )

Yup, very similar to all of those things. (The Upside Down has always reminded me of The Further from Insidious.) I think I read once that the creators took influence from a lot of different things making this show, and not all of it was '80s stuff. (Tho a lot of it was. )
