Did you change the structure of his face from what you usually draw? Maybe it's the angle, but his face looks slightly narrower.

Yes and no! I did intentionally make his face narrow, because that's how I've kind of assigned Dirk's facial structure as when I draw him. I think the angle exaggerates it a little, though.
