Lmao I love the "FUCK" reaction the guy has when he realizes who stopped him. Also I'm like super curious how the akuma being in the handcuffs is gonna relate to him being a villain, as well as how Jack knows of the Agrestes. Iow this is awesome and I can't wait for more!

Well logically speaking the children are fine, the mugger is arrested and justice is done on that front. However from a business perspective...Jack Dahl came from Gotham and within an hour here he's seen a mugging, that doesn't compliment the paris image and a business deal with Jack Dahl and Wayne enterprises is a VERY BIG DEAL to a businessman/politician like the Mayor. So he's overcompensating in trying to appease Mr Dahl
That said you aren't the only one annoyed, the mugger is pissed albeit for selfish reasons

This is a man who attached dark little demons to the souls of mostly innocent people (most of them minors) to achieve his ends. I am honestly surprised he didn't go for a criminal sooner as they must be a negativity gold mine
