For those of you who lurk around my scrapbook you'll recognize the colored version of the sketch.
I had so much fun with :disneypsycho:'s character Ariana, that I think I kinda went overboard.About the pic, I basically could see the pose of the character being seen on the cover of a magazine. So I started messing around in Photoshop with texts and various other pictures that I've done until BAM! St. Canard's Cosmopolitan was born. I had fun coming up with all of the headlines and such. Overall it was a real entertaining project. Don't think I've had as much fun as I have with this pic. Enjoy!
P.S. I might actually try to write articles to go along with it...Maybe...

As far as Angela having a crush, it's kind of the other way around. Two guys have a crush on her and duke it out behind her back and switch to a battle of wits when infront of her, may the best man win type thing. But Angie has her mind on other things for the moment so she's kind of obtuse about the whole situation.
But Lawrence Quackstone and Willow Bushroot are her two suitors, fan characters that I have yet to draw. Must come up with character designs!!! *faints*
They are complete opposites. Lawrence is fun loving, prankster, with a heart of gold, loves people and has to be in the middle of everything, his ultimate goal, is to just once get Angela to laugh.
Willow is more kept to himself, uses his actions to speak more so than words, dislikes people for the most part but finds something in Angela that draws him to her. She brings out the best (or worst, when around Lawrence) in him.
