Description
Starring one of the examiners in the second phase of the 287th Hunter exam, Menchi, in her usual provocative outfit. She's a minor character in the Hunter x Hunter universe, but because of her flashy (?) appearance, I find it hard NOT to remember her. ♥

Menchi is pretty (and I'm assuming the baldie ninja has a thing for her. Haha!). She reminds me of Neon Nostrade cause they're both like-able characters with extremely unique sense of fashion (and the hair!!!) and colorful personalities. I love her wardrobe - from that sexy bikini top to her denim daisy dukes. I was actually surprised that the examinees didn't even bat an eyelash upon seeing her like that (or were they already immune to women's sex appeal?). ^^

This was an easy piece. I started off with the rough shapes and finished the body (leaving the hand - as I said, this is my weakness so I always save it for last). This is actually a first for me, cause I usually complete the face before moving on to the body (I get queasy when I don't get the face right). Maybe it's because I just miss drawing voluptuous women (I only draw sexy females back then) that's why I proceeded with drawing her body right away. Anyway, after finishing the body, I finished her face (Butako said my Menchi version looks better than my reference photo), hair (I had so much fun with it), then the fingers (Luckily, it wasn't so hard). ^^

Since I enjoy drawing Menchi sooo much, expect more Menchi art from me in the future! ♥

PS. See that pointed thing sticking out of her backside? In case people might get confused, that's actually a knife holder (with a chef's knife inside, of course). ^^
