The style is really nice, very crisp, but I think you've fallen short on the anatomy and on the overall body type of the character. Power Girl is a more stalwart, defined character she should look sturdy, more heavily muscled, though not a he-man by any stretch of the imagination.Β
Her right arm looks broken, her right arm is too long and her right hand looks too small and Β unnaturally posed, I can see what you were going for, but a little more ground work would have stood you in good stead with this piece. When tackling the face don't be scared to block out the planes first to make sure you have everything sitting at the angle it should be sitting at.

About her anatomy, my intention was precisely to give her a more manhwa kinda look, just to get a glimpse on how she'd look like asian styled, so I stripped all her muscles intentionally.
The trouble about her right arm, wich I only noticed afterwards, is actually her glove (the one that is dressed), since it follows completely opposite directions than what are supposed to be, to the left instead of right, this strange and wrong feeling is creating an optical illusion... The arm looks twisted and longer, when (and if you check it) it is actually smaller.
I might redo some of my works here, and I'll definetely include this one ^^

Lovely work, well done. Apparently Powergirl startled the dove in flight, with the few feathers floating and removing her glove to sooth and calm the dove is very sweet and tender. The early morn background with the first rays of sunshine painting the clouds and the quarter moon of the night visible is very imaginative.

Gorgeous coloring. Despite the left arm having no muscle definition, it's a nicely done painting style pic. With her wide eyes, it's just close enough to be anime, but not enough.

Thank you! ^^ I was trying to escape the eastern representation of Power Girl, making her much more slim and younger so that she could fit the oriental style I was aiming for; with this I completely removed any muscle definition. Close enough, since it's actually a manhwa

That occcured due to the perspective... Since her right arm is on a different angle. But thanks for pointing it out though! Easy fix ^^
