My entry for 's contest. i hope he is still taking entrants 'cuz i know i'm LATE. It is based off of polka music.Polkordian (polka+accordian)

Jolly Pokemon
By putting its hands together and expanding and contracting its arms, Polkordians can make music that takes a great taste to like.
may make the evolution method. ( unless i'm required to do it myself...)

Well, when you watch a ton of cartoons at a young age and expirience many new things when young, certain things sink in your head XD plus i'm highly creative.
