Construction: This was probably the cheapest and most bootleg costume I've done xD The hat, shirt, and stockings were bought. I altered the shirt. The pin on the hat and shirts were made by me. The suspenders were from my Tifa costume. The shorts and wig was borrowed.Series: Panty & Stocking
