October 9, 2006Staedtler Mars Professional technical pen.
Look, some assets from my poster stuff!
You can colour it if you want. I am very unattached to my fanart stuff. Just credit me for the lines.

This is the lineup for most of the kids that are not the three main characters. ^^
I tried my best to draw their part 2 uniforms, but I am sure there are plenty of mistakes. XD I was quite sloppy with it, but I'm just happy that I even got it done!
From left to right by heads:
Ino, Chouji, Kankuro, Sai, Shikamaru, Temari, Gaara, Neji, Hinata, Lee, Kiba & Akamaru, Tenten, Shino.
And yes, if you look closely, you will notice that Gaara and Neji are holding hands.
Yes, that is my endorsed fan-pairing! XD
Although maybe I shouldn't have pointed it out... did I ruin it for you? Hwahaha~~!

Second...very nice use of the subtle shipping. I hadn't actually noticed until I read the author notes...but it made me grin. ^w^ *doesn't really mind any pairing* That pairing actually sounds interesting. >..>....(I'll no doubt search up some fanfic now)...
My favorite ones are Gaara...simply because he is ruler of the awesome, especially here...and Akamaru, who look fabulously wild in this picture.*nods nods* All in all, I love it! *favs*

Sai? He's a new character introduced in the manga. He hasn't showed up in the anime yet, but he basically replaces Sasuke as a third member for Team 7 for a while. :>

Oh awesome, glad you didn't do GaaLee, I like GaaNeji and GaaNaru a lot better ;D. Love your style and the way you drew Kankuro, Gaara, Hinata, Neji and Kiba

XD Seriously though, it's just because Neji and Gaara are my two favourite characters in the Naruto series, and I kind of am annoyed by everyone else. Therefore.. I paired them up. I know, not great reasoning, but it's an in-joke for me now. ^^

GaaraxNeji is definitely one of the less expected ones, but I just paired them up because they happened to be my two favourite male characters in the show. Ha! XD

Naw.... I'm just very observant. I think and looks at things for a long time to get in all the tiniest deatils, and that happened to be the first one I noticed.... Err.... Second, I notice that Gaara and Neji were standing by eachother.... Curse my NejiGaara FanGirliness!

Oh, wow, that is awesome! I really love the loose, rough style of the pen strokes and the way you've managed to give each character a particular expression and feel that makes them all individuals and not just a row of people. ^___^ Totally awesome. I didn't know about the hand-holding until you pointed it out, but it doesn't detract from the image one bit, so I'm not going to argue! +fav!!
