Well, you're reallt good with chibis! I think I'll try doing one with Estelle when I get some free-time.
So how have you been?

Impressive. I'm busy with my book, but currently I have writer's block so I try to get back some inspiration by reading my fanfics. It usually helps me.
Today was my mother's birthday. I played a couple of songs with my ocarina and even made up a song on my own.

I also have writers block, so I've just been fooling around and reading other's fanfics.
Cool~ I hope that your mother had a good birthday, then~ ^_^

Yep~
That's good~
Really?! I love that song and "Lugia's Song"! That's awesome~ ^_^ Now I wish I could play the ocarina... >.<

That sucks, but I came down with the flu, so I understand.
I have that song on my iTunes, since I just love how it sounds~ I should probably add Oracion though...
I loved that shell ocarina that Melody used!~ It looked so cool~ ^_^
It probably would take a lot of practice... which is something I keep forgetting to do. XD

Same here. I hope your brother gets better soon as well~
No one in my family can build anything. We tried to make a flute out of bamboo, and failed. The thing wouldn't even make a sound. XD
Yeah, it's very similar to Irish Dancing in that regard. I haven't danced in a while, yet I still remember all the steps~ ^_^

Yeah, I rather do simple things too, but I like challenges. And when I start with something difficult, I won't give up until I finish it.
Oh. My. God. That's exactly what happened to me too! I sprained my right ankle during a winter day (I had an argument with my mother and was still angry as I was about to go out with my dog when I tripped outside of the door.) and it also turned out to be a small bone fracture. But the doctors didn't put the ankle in a cast, saying it would heal on its own and walk on as usual. It hurt as hell every time I stepped on my injured foot and it took nearly two years until my ankle got healed so I could walk properly. But because the doctors didn't do anything to make the injury better from the beginning, I have to deal with post-trauma; my foot can sometimes hurt just like that.

That's how 99% of the Swedish doctors work. They don't take their patients seriously and that's why many of them...lose their lives. Not everyone, but many.
Ouch, that must have hurt really much, and on a vacation too... Those accidents happen to anyone, so you're not alone with it. My brother got hurt once during a vacation with my father when they were visiting Grand Canyon, especially with his eye. After the accident, his eye got very sensitive against sunlight so they had to buy really good sunglasses for him when they flew in a helicopter.
I get easily dizzy by those spiral staircases; I often was close to trip because I always kept looking down. Pretty stupid, I know, but I need to see where I put my feet.

That's really screwed up. I'm happy that Canadian doctors don't do that...
It did, and it certainly didn't help that we went to Paris during that vacation, and I had to walk around the whole day...
Oh, your brother has been to the Grand Canyon? Cool~ I think I might've been there once, but I was too young to remember anything. >.<
I have similar problems with my eyes all the time, so I tend to wear sunglasses a lot.
I hate spiral staircases, since they're rather easy to trip on, as I proved back in 2012. I think the reason I tripped in the first place was because I wasn't looking where my feet were, and I wasn't holding the handrail... XD

I envy you. When my mother and I finally find a doctor, he quits the job or gets moved to another part in Sweden.
It must have really sucked. I know I would give up and cry in desperation to rest my injury.
Both my dad and bro went to Grand Canyon. I even got some polished colorful rocks as souvenir and my mother a nice dream catcher.
I'm also very sensitive to sunlight, so every time I step outside, I must wear them whether it's good or bad weather.
I'm extremely careful when I walk down any kind of stairs, especially now after my injury.

CrimsonMiracles In reply to Meihia [2016-01-27 12:56:38 +0000 UTC]
Yep, it is.
It must have felt horrible. I know I would feel really guilty for ruining the vacation.
I keep my room neat and clean, and once in a while throw out stuff I don't need anymore. Like in the last few weeks, mom and I are going through my clothes since I've got too much of them.
Sounds to me you've got extreme sensitive skin. I may have very pale skin, but I don't really get easily sunburned. The sun actually makes my skin much paler during summer.
Ugh... I hate that combination with a passion.

Meihia In reply to CrimsonMiracles [2016-01-28 00:27:17 +0000 UTC]
Yep~
I did feel really bad for ruining the vacation, since my parents had a lot of things that they wanted to do, and I ruined them...
I can't clean my room to save my life. If it's not the amount of water bottles at the foot of my bed, then its the fact that I don't have a lot of room to put things. I still have to clean out my closet too... >.<
I think I do have really sensitive skin. It gets really irritated at almost everything, and it really doesn't help that I'm really pale as well. It makes my skin look white, which is kinda freaky...
It was a horrid combination. I used to live on a really steep hill when I sprained my ankle, and it was really unpleasant...

Most of the time I just forget or get distracted. Though there are some times when I just don't feel like cleaning my room.
I admire them as well, since it can be rather hard to avoid getting a bad sunburn. My skin pretty much turns white in the sunlight, so it really doesn't help that I sunburn at the drop of a hat.
Sure! Do you have an idea for a new topic? ^^

CrimsonMiracles In reply to Meihia [2016-01-29 22:56:56 +0000 UTC]
I understand that. Sometimes I feel that too.
I think those girls send hours of being outside in the sun just to get a tan. I don't see the reason why to stay outdoors for so many hours just to get sunburned. If there is an activity, then that's reasonable.
How about the universe? I used to have astronomy as interest when I was a little girl, but I'm thinking to take it up again and maybe even study more to become a researcher or something.

Meihia In reply to CrimsonMiracles [2016-01-29 23:31:57 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, it's really stupid. Especially since they can get skin cancer if they tan too much. I can understand if they were playing beach volleyball or something, but just going out there to tan?
Sure~ Since it's kinda hard to see the sky when you live in a city with big skyscrapers, I tend to download apps on my iPad that show all the constellations. I find it really cool that you can make out figures if you connect the stars~ ^_^

CrimsonMiracles In reply to Meihia [2016-01-31 12:00:17 +0000 UTC]
It's like girls having tanned skin is the latest trend, thinking they are more attractive if they have some color on their skins.
I live at the outskirt of a city, so I often have a great view of the stars. Around this time of the year, I always spot the Orion's Belt and the Big Dipper.
A couple of years ago, I actually spotted a star that shone brighter than the others and seemed to shift in colors like a rainbow. Even today I can spot it in the dark sky, but I don't know if it's the light of a supernova or a new star. It's really fascinating.

That's cool~ I used to live at the outskirts of a city, but my view of the stars was always blocked because of clouds. So, I could never recognize any constellations because I could never see them.
Wow, that sounds so pretty!~ ^_^ I wish I could see it. I wonder what kinda star it is, because I've never heard of one that can change colors as you watch it...

We have bad luck with the weather lately. It's either cloudly or rainy, but never sun or free from clouds.
Even without binoculars, you can see that particular star shine and change colors in microseconds. Just like with Orion's Belt, I can only spot that star during winter. I really need to go and ask an astronomer about the star. We do have an observatory outskirts of the city, but at the other side. I'll try go there with my parents one evening.

Meihia In reply to CrimsonMiracles [2016-02-03 00:05:23 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, it's been the same here. Now I like the rain, but I've been getting so sick of it since it just keeps COMING...
Cool! So it's kinda like the North Star, then? Yeah, you probably should, since they can give you an answer about what it is. I don't know if I have any observatories near where I live, but I do have a telescope shop nearby. I'd probably like to go to an observatory someday, if only to get a better view of the stars... ^^

We finally had sunny weather for two days in a row. I've been waiting for sunlight for weeks, but now I can't really enjoy it because I've got problems with my old injured foot again. I returned from the noon walk with my dog and when I put the weight on the foot, it started to really hurt. I had to rest for the rest of the day, but I did walk around in the apartment to not just lie down all day long.
Maybe; I don't have any confirmation yet. I actually have a telescope since I was ten years old and my parents kept it. Sometimes we use it to watch the night sky during winter from our living room when it's cloudless. I always get such mysterious feeling of observing the space.

I would never sell or donate anything that I inherited from my grandparents, especially my grandmother. The anniversary of her death is coming soon in March. I'll wear the necklace I inherited from her on that day.
I don't think I can ever live in a huge city. Even Stockholm is too much for me when my father and I drive there so I can play PKMN Video games with other Pokémon fans.

That's really nice of her. I still have photos of all my old family members, including my psychopath maternal grandfather who had been on the TV in Hungary due to his old work as film photographer and his own films.
My mother had been thinking of moving to a bigger city since the one we live in is almost "dead". There's nothing attractive and there are barely any places where you can go and meet other people. So she often gets the thought that things would be better if we move to a bigger city, but I always remind her that it'll take more than an hour to reach the place you want to go. She's pretty old now since I'm a late born child, so she doesn't have the mental capacity to travel so far anymore even though she used to live in Budapest and that's a big city.

Yeah it is~
Pretty much all of my grandparents are insane, except for my grandfather who died. I probably would've gotten along with him, since he was really into science and blowing stuff up. ^^
Yeah, moving into a city sometimes isn't a good idea, depending on your age. Though I really like being able to walk to places. It's just a lot more convenient, since traffic is pretty bad.

Mythbusters? I think I read about it before, concerning about the movie "Speed". The Mythbusters wanted to try a certain scene from the movie if a bus can "drive" across a fifteen feet gap in a bridge like in the film, but it failed.
In the place of my hometown where I live, the teenagers are true troublemakers. I read almost every day how they vandalize the Square nearby and cross glasses of the middle high school and throw stones at the buses that pass by during late evening. There's nothing else for them to do.

It's nearly the same in my town, after we Swedes celebrate Walpurgis Night, or "Valborgmässoafton" as it's called in Sweden. Almost everyone, even underaged children, drinks a lot and do the drugs and all, thinking it's a time for relaxation. I never enjoyed that in the past when I was a little girl.
I can never imagine myself walking around in the city at night. As soon as it turns dark, I stay at home and play games with my parents instead of going to pubs and drink myself full. I hate pubs for all reasons; the people, the loud music, the smell, the fights and more. I've never been a night-person like that, and I'm happy to be different.

When you said Walpurgis Night, you reminded me of Madoka Magica lol.
I probably wouldn't enjoy that either, but I can't say for sure because I've never gone to something like that. It certainly sounds unpleasant.
Yeah, I also like to stay inside when it gets dark. I probably won't ever go to a pub, simply because of the reasons you stated. I'm a night owl, but I don't like the night life. It's kinda weird XD.

How did Walpurgis Night remind you of Madoka Magica? I've never watched that anime before, but I've heard about it.
Ugh... I hate that kind of night Life. I prefer being at home and playing games with my parents, or go to the Wednesday café for people who was some kind of Autism and other neurogical disorders.

I went to a grand total of one concert when I was 11, and I haven't gone to one since. The speakers were crap, and they made the song sound horrid. The lights and crowd gave me a headache. It was just an unpleasant experience. -_-'

It's much worse in person. The lights never made my eyes sting, though the smoke machines did. The sound was horrid, since I could hear it through my earplugs, and the speakers sucked. The crowd was drunk too. Honestly, the whole experience was just unpleasant as a whole.
