Personality: Locklan is very confident in himself and his abilities, and not at all afraid of the possibility of making a fool of himself if need be. He tends to be very focused and once he makes up his mind to do something he doesn’t let anything stop him from completing his goals. Because of this, at times he can seem to be a very serious and somber sort of guy, though normally he is pretty easygoing. He has a rather dry sense of humor, and is a master at the art of sarcasm. He likes to flirt with any and all genders, but very rarely does he take his flirting seriously, preferring to keep it lighthearted and fun. He has no problem making friends with most people, but he rarely ever has any super close friends because he has problems trusting others. He is fiercely protective of the few people he keeps close to his heart and would do absolutely anything to keep them safe. He is a talented actor, able to put up a confident and lighthearted front even when he feels hopeless. He’s not at all camera shy, in fact, being in front of a camera or audience tends to bring out his playful side. It takes quite a lot to make him angry, but once you’ve gotten on his bad side you’re there to stay. He can, and will hold a grudge forever, and he can be quite vindictive in getting his revenge.

When transformed into his magical self Locke gets very, very solemn and grim. He takes his job of protecting others very seriously and has no time for bullshit. In battle he is very aggressive, trying to take down his opponents in as little time as possible to prevent as much damage as he can. He can withstand a truly enormous amount of damage, and won’t give up unless he’s knocked unconscious.

Background:
He's been fighting against the forces with his older sister Lyra since they were both children. Together they made up the magical duo known as LyLocke!
After he and Lyra reached college age they began to drift apart from one another. Locklan decided to go school for acting, while Lyra became a mathmetician.

Transformation: He touches the earring in his left ear and the pendant around his neck and says: "The scent of lilacs is overwhelming body and soul!" He's then surrounded in a cloud of lilac blossoms. After a moment the blossoms explode outward and reveal his magical form.

Powers/Attacks: Locke uses his energy to create rifle to shoot with. The gun is mostly transparent and has unlimited shots. The gun grows more powerful the longer he has it materialized, but it also grows more solid and consequently: heavier. When he first starts using his gun there’s almost no delay between shots, as time passes the delays grow increasingly longer.
Lilac Barrage: He shoots a barrage of bullets from his corporal gun, which upon contact explode in a cloud of lilac petals that are as sharp as glass.

Locked In: A bunch of lilac bushes sprout from the ground and trap his opponents in a cage made of branches.

Special Items and Sidekicks:
Petil: Petil is a little flower fairy, and she's the one who gave Lyra and Locklan their powers. She doesn't have a sold phsyical form, and most times only appears as a glowing ball of pale purple light.
