Irrelevant title I know, but again, just the song I was listening to. Oh and all these things I've had in brackets are the extra bits of the titles that wouldn't fit.
I wouldn't say I'm not girly but I usually don't wear makeup.. occassionally a dap of lipgloss or a tiny bit of mascara but only rarely.. but anyway, I was in my room and I realised that despite my anti-doll-ness most of the time I have lots of girly junk.. so I pulled out some of it, (not all of it by a long stretch..) and took pictures of it on top of some lacy dresses.. then I got bored and did these.. I walked around with one eye shadowed and mascara'd for half an hour before I remembered... I black and whited them in photoshop, sharpened the middle one slightly and blurred the end ones slightly... Usually I wouldn't under any circumstances consider posting such closeups of myself.. I feel like if anyone looks too close they'll see all the bad things I can see.. but with these I don't know... I know they're of me making myself up, covering up the blemishes, putting on a face, but that's exactly why you need to be able to see the mistakes... From a distance I'm fine with how I look, with or without makeup.. up close it's different but I can't let my body image hangups get in the way of my art right?
Anyway... hope you like it and I'd appreciate any constructive criticism and feedback etc...
