Lately, I found myself falling in love with the TV show Steven Universe ! It is both so light, and fun, but also really really deep and full of groundbreaking subjects such as homosexual relationships and intersex people.

Anyway, there is my very first fanart from this show : a classic Stevonnie one. Stevonnie, the character from the back, is the fusion of the main character, Steven, and his best friend : Connie. Plus, it's the name of their ship, which happens to be one of my favourite.

I really enjoyed drawing characters from this show... They are all so different looking with different body shapes and very bright color palets... What can I say ? I love this show and this pairing and those characters *__*.

Oh, and I choose to draw Connie with Rose's sword because of the way she appears in the newest opening of this show. Plus, it makes sense for Stevonnie to share both Steven's protective skills and Connie's sword-fighting skills.

If you haven't seen this show yet and you kind of like cartoon, I highly recommand you to go and watch it ! It. IS. FANTASTIC. And honestly life-changing !
