What an extraordinary collection of buildings - a castle on a rock in the background, what looks like a mosque with a golden roof, a wall with pierced stonework, and that extraordinary arcade on the left. For a moment I thought it wasn't real - as if someone with a computer modelling program had just collected up a bunch of unrelated architectural models and grouped them together!

It's very real and extraordinarily beautiful. And pretty much yeah, someone did group all these things together intentionally- it's a Akhalsitke, Georgia which borders Turkey and Armenia so a couple of different cultures melded to create this
