The MiG-29 9.12A/MiG-29B (Russian: Микоян МиГ-29; NATO reporting name: Fulcrum) is the export variant of the MiG-29 9.12 meant for Warsaw Member States, which included a downgraded RPLK-29E radar, downgraded OEPrNK-29E optoelectronic and navigation systems and older IFF transponders. It lacks the capability of carrying nuclear weapons unlike the MiG-29 9.12. This variant saw service with East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania, and (oddly) Yugoslavia.
