Family: Yuusei's and Aki's daughter and only child. Chou inherited Aki’s psychic powers, but with both of her parents' support she learned how to control them fully, from a young age. Her relationship with her parents couldn't be better and as the only child with a special gift, they always gave her extra attention and pampered her a bit. She is closer to her mother, since Aki was able to understand perfectly the whole thing with her powers, but she prefers her father since he will usually let her get away with almost anything. Until he goes serious, and when that happens, Chou sticks up to her mother ‘til Yuusei drops his strictness. However she loves both of her parents a lot and likes seeing them happy and loved.
Appearance: Chou has her father’s cobalt blue eyes and her mother’s pale skin and magenta hair, but keeps it longer. Her common outfit contains a pink-white sailor dress with a white tie and matching high socks above her knees. She is wearing a pink ribbon in her hair, red heart-shape earrings and white wristbands. She always wears a butterfly ring on her right hand, which is actually a tool and just like her mother's hair-clip, it helps her to keep her powers under control.

Her school uniform consists of a white shirt, a dark red jacket with white lining (and the 'DA' logo of the Neo Duel Academia), a yellow neck ribbon, grey skirt and brown shoes with white socks above her knees.

Personality: Chou is a cute and sweet girl like her mother, loyal and caring like her father, a bit shy and a little stubborn. Even though she is able to control her powers, she is still afraid of what she can cause or do to others in the heat of the moment. She had some hard childhood years since most of the people were biased toward the fact that she is psychic. Growing up things get better, yet Chou is easily affected by others and she usually ends up being sad and disappointed, closing herself up, in a way that not even her best friends can cheer her up.
After she met Ryuu, she changed the way she sees everything, especially her powers. Chou developed feelings for him, but the entire situation is confusing as she both likes and dislikes his behavior; she admires his confident and fearless style, but she disapproves his risky and rude behavior. Yuusei and Aki didn’t approve him, but they changed their minds after an incident.

Chou first went to the Arcadia Movement School for Gifted Children, but after a while she begged her parents to stop sending her there. Now she is studying in Neo Duel Academia as one of the top students, but she does not duel often, if she can avoid it.
