Okay, this is the last time I poke fun at the Animé scene... This week. I had a bet going with my friends that if Sachio got enough attention, I would give him a backstory. With 9 favourites, 44 views and 4 people taking the time to comment as of today, it's about time I keep my word.

Name: Sachio Marubeni

High school student by day, hero by night. Right under the nose of the masses, Sachio fights off the most disgusting enemies as the chosen Airashii Knight. Demons, invaders from space, whatever is threatening Earth, he will find a way to defeat it. Sachio’s weapon of choice is a large claymore, the Raburiirouzu. Though some people have connected Sachio himself to the Airashii Knight, every Knight is equipped with a device to wipe somebody’s memory of everything that has to do with his normal life. The side effect is the person has no idea what they were doing, or why they are in the place where they are at the moment.

The next Airashii Knight is chosen from birth, and given their trial without them knowing it. It’s usually weaved within their life as a normal occurrence which requires a lot of courage, wit and strength to overcome. Sachio had to overcome his crippling fear of mice when he accidentally getting locked in the school basement while being sent to look for a new eraser during his History class. For him it was a terrifying experience he still doesn’t like to talk about.

Sachio usually fills his spare time with studying, hanging out with his friends, and watching tv. His cartoon marathons are usually interrupted by some evil creature, though.

The title means: 'Sachio, transform~', though I'm not 100% sure if it's correct Japanese. I just googled the word for transformation. I also took the opportunity of trying out a new shading technique, since just a slap of shade seemed a bit amateuristic in my eyes.
