Ms. Notty is pretty much the best judge at this point. I don't think there has been a single depiction of her as a terrible person in all of dreamcatcher.

I think maybe the closest we got to Ms. Notty being different was Teddy and Candy's entries (If you read through the docs they gave with what they planned to do in the story)
