You do most of what I wished more brush creators did.
Too many are now just putting in the abr to download and putting their terms in their comments. Some do not even add their name to the texture so there is no way unless we rename the file to add that to know who made the things.
Thanks for making it so much easier to have the terms with the brushes.
I really wished that more who created brushes would title their brushes in the following format
NAMEOFCREATOR_SITEDOWNLOADEDFROM_NAMEOFBRUSH.ABR
I also wish that if the brushes are not free to use without any rules that they would put the brush abr and in a zipfile and include a notepad with the rules that they wish others to follow and included the CREATIVECOMMONS for their items. Which you do most of those.

Used . Depending on your monitor setting, it might be hard to make out, but those grass blades make pretty good wings.
