Behind the doors of shadow and pain
Beats a jaded heart crying out in vain,

Lost in the darkness, Shrouded in fear,
Surrounded by people that dont even hear.

Taunted by whispers, silenced by shame,
Why do people always believe it's a game.

Clouded in gloom, hidden in sorrow.
Her shattered soul lays in wait for tomorrow.

A twisted dream, A silent nightmare,
Why wont they listen don't they care?

Tormented by memories, drowned by blame,
Alone in this world and it's always the same.

When will it stop, when will it end,
Would it be in time for her spirit to mend?
