None (Patient Zero was created by accidentally drinking a Vagineer Potion)

Bio: The first instance of the Vasquids is that on one fateful day, a freelance Inkling happened to come across a potion that was dropped from a scientist's van, and, thinking it was a "coolness up potion", the squid drank it. Instead of doing so, it instead permanently deformed the lower half of her face, and made her speak Vaginese, a language that resembles a backward-enunciated version of any language, in the inkling's case, "Inkling Language", but its meaning is actually completely different. She became the Original Vasquid/Vasquid Zero. The biggest change happened in her mind: She became bloodthirsty, violent, unpredictable, and cannibalistic. And she had one goal: To convert them into more Vasquids, and in the case of octoling converts, Voctos.

Vasquid Zero then vanished once the Vasquid/Vocto plague had been initiated, leaving the Vasquids and Voctos to do her work. This, however, didn't go unnoticed. After many Inklings and Octolings throughout the Splatoon Community fell victim to this hideous conversion plague, The X9, Coroika Characters, Ninjala Kids, and Smash fighters and Allies have to do something to control this predicament before more become these facially-deformed monsters.
