I started coloring this month' ago, forgot about it and now it's finally done.This was a try on creating some glowing effect, but somehow the colors look different/worse on my PC screen than on my tablet. .__.

All sorts of screens will display the colors differently. You can't really make it look its prettiest on every screen there is. I would say go by what it looks like on your tablet - it's built for the task, and is likely decently color balanced.
