the Broken Saint vs. The Oni Blades

I havn't done an action piece in a while. Lately it's the cute poses >< get the feeling the action fans are being left out. I don't have any action stories myself so here's another fan art from my friend Carlo's [link] manga. The two characters are based off the both of us: Cross on the right is my character, Kei on the left is Carlo's. In the manga, the two have a dark form they assume depending on the situation. Cross unleashes his "Broken Saint-dark" form; he grows one demon wing on his right and his eyes go negative (like Ichigo from Bleach). When Kei is pushed to far he turns into his "Oni" form. Carlo never really showed me how his oni form looks so I had to make it up myself. Kinda took Sora's anti-form from KH2 and darked it. The darkness extends to his swords. Their dark modes differ depending on the character. Cross, though he can go berserk, uses the darkness to his advantage. Kei is consumed by the darkness and becomes relentless. I wanted to see how'd be if the two fought ( of course, I'm kickin ass...I mean Cross is kicking ass) see them in their normal form [link]

Drew the line work by hand and used my handy-dandy tablet for color and the smokey effect on Kei. I'm planning on doing a background later so look out for that.
