Description EDIT! I am working on updating Roxy's design (both winter and summer) at the moment. I also tweaked a few things about her.

So... here's my main DP OC, Roxy Williams. She is a personification of me, but she has her own little nuances that make her a bit different, especially regarding her family and friends. She is NOT intended to be a Sue, though I fear she is one. But... I'm still working with her, so there will probably be some changes made.

Appearance:
In her human form, Roxy is described with long, somewhat wavy dirty-blonde/honey-colored hair with two streaks of blonde from her bangs, one short, one long, framing her face, scalloped bangs that fall slightly over her left eye, and heterochromatic blue-gray eyes with golden rings around her pupils. Her typical spring/summer outfit is a short-sleeved sky-blue T-shirt with a black Old English L on her chest, light/medium blue denim shorts, white ankle socks, and light blue and white sneakers, while her typical autumn/winter outfit is a long-sleeved sky-blue hoodie with a black Old English L on her chest, dark blue jeans, thick white socks (not visible), and simple black boots (the autumn/winter outfit is what is shown in the above image). Roxy has burn scars on her palms, forearms, and upper chest/lower neck.

In her ghost form, Roxy's scars are nonexistent, and she has silver hair styled in the same fashion with two strands from her bangs, one short, one long, both sky blue. Her eyes are still heterochromatic, but they're a glowing lavender with sky blue rings around her pupils. Her outfit is a comfortable, light sky blue short-sleeved shirt with very loose, flowing sleeves, honeydew-green arm warmers that start with a sky blue band at her elbow and end in a lavender band that partially cover her hands, tight-ish black jeans, and slanted, steel-toed lavender boots. Roxy also has a small silver brooch, a speeding R with a P inside of it, clipped onto the left shoulder of her shirt (she and Sam designed Danny's emblem at the same time as they did her's; thus, they look similar).

Personality:
Shy, good-natured, and kind. Describes herself as unique and very friendly once you open up to her. Intelligent for her age, but socially inept. Can be stubborn and selfish) Always keeps an open mind and is very curious, though she is known to have very bad anxiety and stress issues.

Good Traits:
Good-natured, kind, and unique. Very friendly and often cheerful once opened up to. Intelligent for her age and longs for an academic challenge. Open-minded and very curious. Tries to stay positive when it comes to her schoolwork. Her social skills are rapidly improving. Can be easily excited.

Bad Traits:
Shy and fairly socially inept. Can be very stubborn and selfish. Physically weak, can't handle close-hand combat. Too sensitive for her own good, and her emotions often get the best of her. Can have a bit of a foul mouth. She has moderately-severe anxiety and stress issues. Pessimistic.

Powers:
* Honeydew-green ghost sense

* Transformation (vertical honeydew-green rings)

* Super speed (up to the speed of sound (768 mph), but she usually maxes out at around 250 mph)

* Flight

* Intangibility

* Invisibility

* Sky blue ectoplasm blasts

* Lavender ectoplasm shields

* Sonic manipulation

* Sky blue and lavender "Ghostly Wail" (as an addition and ONLY an addition to her sonic manipulation; it is considered her "combo finisher" with most of her sonic manipulation. She does not consider Danny's ability the same because it is not linked to his element.)

* Ectoplasmic manipulation (not including ecto-blasts and shields; typically of a flute or small keyboard) (This is currently very weak, but it strengthens as she continues using it.)

Fighting Style:
Roxy greatly prefers verbal or distance fighting, as she is not physically strong even in her ghost form. She is excellent at dodging attacks, and while she doesn't have the best aim, she can often hit her targets. She does, however, rely a bit too heavily on her ectoblasts. She prefers not to use her sonic manipulation (coupled with her ectoplasmic manipulation) because it often leads to her Ghostly Wail, which completely drains her of energy and causes her to change back into her human form.

Abilities:
Roxy is intelligent (though has issues with studying) and musically inclined. She has played the flute for nearly 5 years, has been playing the piano for less than a year, and has sung since she was in 4th grade. She considers herself to be pretty good at all three, but in no way thinks that she's perfect.

Roxy's excellent grades reflect the hard work she does to keep them that way.

She loves to sketch and write, but thinks she's horrible at drawing, even though many people have said that her work is good. It's the same with her stories.

Background Story:
Roxy was born as the youngest of the Williams children, as she has and older sister and and older brother, Robyn and Mattie (who are twins), in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born with jet-black hair, but it quickly turned blonde before darkening to her current honey color.

Her earliest memories are of Biloxi, Mississippi, as they moved there when she was a year old due to her father's, Edward Williams, job as a pediatrician in the Air Force. She was a fairly normal child with two small exceptions: she was very much socially inept, though she was a brilliant child for her age

The family later moved to Mountain Home, Idaho, once again due to Edward's job, where Roxy started kindergarten. She was known to be a rather trouble-making and disruptive student, and had to be taken out of school at one point because of her behavior.

They moved once again due to Edward's job, this time to Fairborn, Ohio, just outside of Dayton. That move really seemed to hurt her, and she started first grade as a shy, meek individual. The next year, she was teased for her sensitive nature and shyness throughout the year by a girl named Natalie, though she had managed to find a friend in another girl named Nicole.

Of course, the Williams family had to move yet again after Roxy's older sister, Robyn, was kidnapped while she was on the playground near their home (the twins were almost 10, while Roxy was barely 8). Her father retired from the Air Force, as he had found a job as a pediatrician in a small city named Amity Park, just outside of northeast Louisville, Kentucky near the Kentucky/Indiana border.

Once they moved, Roxy had an even worse time adjusting to her new school. Third grade was very hard for her, as some of her classmates began to tease her because of her overly-sensitive nature, specifically two boys named Dash Baxter and Austin Madry. Luckily, there were three people who stood up for her: Molly Mace, Steven McBride, and Sibley Miller. (It is known that another trio, Sam Manson, Danny Fenton, and Tucker Foley, stood up for her as well, but she never really talked with any of them until middle school.)

Over the years, the four of them became very good friends, and as they grew older, they found that they all had two common interests: Manga/anime and video games, specifically Kingdom Hearts. Roxy also learned how to stand up for herself, her social skills began to improve, and she ended up starting a slight friendship with one of her classmates, Sam Manson, due to the fact that they were always at the same level of math and science.

On Halloween of their eighth grade year, the entire grade was gathered together for a science lab about ectoplasm. Roxy and her friends had been put in a group together, and Steven had gone to get their ectoplasm samples. Unfortunately, one of their classmates accidentally bumped into Steven, who lost his balance and spilled the ectoplasm... onto Roxy. Her forearms, palms, and chest were moderately/severely burned, and she vaguely remembers collapsing due to the sickly scent of ectoplasm before she slipped into unconsciousness.

She woke up an hour or so later in the nurse's office, with her friends nervously waiting for her. All three of them were extremely relieved when she regained consciousness. Roxy vaguely recalls feeling a bit different than normal, and also found herself with relatively severe second-degree burns on her forearms, palms, and upper chest, which kept her from writing for a while. Luckily, her friends acted as her scribes and wrote everything down for her until her burns scarred over and healed. During this time, Roxy was forced to take her tests verbally, which was difficult for her. She had to take them out in the hall with her teacher presiding, though she was allowed to look at the test.

Shortly after her full recovery, Roxy begins to notice that's she is much clumsier, and she's also been told that when her emotions ran strong, her eyes seemed to flash lavender with an sky-blue ring around each pupil. Shocked, she and her friends gathered together at her house and explained what had been happening to her. It was Sibley who came up with the possibility of ghost powers, which, when thought about, actually seemed to make some sense. It was that moment that a honeydew ring appeared around Roxy's body (in a would-be symmetrical line if not for her hair and clothes), which split and traveled along her body left and right, which changed her in to her ghost form for the first time. (See her appearance for what she looks like.) The sudden transformation surprised her friends and herself, and she began trying desperately to change back. Sure enough, thinking about her human self caused the rings to reappear, but this time, they changed her back to normal.

The four of them swore to keep this a secret between them and them only for the time being, and Roxy slowly began to forget about her ghost half (though she couldn't forget about it completely due to the random bouts of uncontrollable intangibility).

Shortly after this, she finds out that she is accepted into Casper High's Pre-Engineering Program (an advanced math, science, and technology program), and is ecstatic, especially after she finds out Sibley got in as well.

At her middle school graduation, Roxy is puzzled when Molly doesn't show up. She tried several times before and after the ceremony, but Molly would never pick up her phone. Getting nervous, she tries the home phone, which doesn't pick up either.

A week later, as Roxy is celebrating her birthday with Steven and Sibley (Molly had been invited, but never RSVP'ed), she receives a phone call from Molly's father. He ass her if Molly had mentioned anything about suicide or depression to her. Roxy denies, and Mr. Mace informs her that Molly had committed suicide the night she would have graduated middle school. She is in such shock that she drops the phone and stands there, frozen in shock, before breaking down in tears. Steven and Sibley make valid attempts to console her. They were at least able to get her mind off of Molly's suicide for a bit, though Roxy was still very upset.

After the party, Roxy heads straight for the Ghost Zone though a natural portal that was located behind the bleachers at the football field of Casper High. After wandering around for about an hour, she runs in to a familiar-looking ghost girl with pale silver, almost white hair and reddish-violet eyes. Roxy does not recognize her immediately, but Molly immediately recognizes Roxy. After they begin to talk to each other, Roxy realizes that this is the ghost of Molly Mace, and they share a warm reunion filled with hugs and tears (on Roxy's side).

Roxy feels as if she is forced to use her ghost powers towards the beginning of her freshman year of high school. It was then that hostile ghosts began to attack Amity Park constantly. She began to fight them in her ghost form because she felt forced (as she has a high sense of right and wrong), strengthening her powers and her confidence (though in school, she still showed very poor confidence levels). She did tell her teachers about her “condition”, and they gave her extra hall passes for when she needed to transform, and she was able to confide in her brother (who kept the secret from anyone else).

Her social skills continue to improve, and within the first few months of her freshman year, she becomes friends with various people, among them being the reason she survives Writing 101: Rhiannon Barker and Megan Leadingham. More good comes when she finds out that Austin had moved and was attending a different school in a different city.

During one of the ghost fights, she meets up with another ghost, this one with slightly spiky white hair and electric-green eyes, who seemed to look very familiar to her. Shrugging it off, she just continued to fight the ghost. After the two of them had defeated it, he introduces himself to her as Danny Phantom. She introduces herself as Roxy Phantasia, having used that name when she first discovered her ghost powers, and they part ways. Little did either of them know that they were actually classmates.

In another fight, this one over Casper High, Roxy discovers her sonic manipulation abilities (as well as her ectoplasmic manipulation abilities, for she had created a small keyboard), and she uses her newly-found abilities to her advantage, leading up to a fairly powerful (but not as powerful as Danny's) Ghostly Wail, to both her's and everyone else's surprise (thankfully, all the damage that it caused was inflicted on the ghost instead of the school). What was even more surprising was when she collapsed onto the ground, as her energy had been drained, the honeydew rings had appeared, and she changed back into Roxy Williams, which left the whole school in complete silence (this slowly spread to the rest of Amity Park, with the Fentons being the last ones to receive the news).

After this event, Danny ends up revealing to Roxy and her friends that he is Danny Phantom. The four of them swore to keep it a secret, and they kept that promise up until Danny, Roxy, and the other ghosts save the world from the Disasteroid, leading to Danny and Roxy's worldwide revelation. Before the worldwide revelation, though, Team Phantom and Team Phantasia (Danny had called Roxy's team that on at least one occasion) joined together to fight ghosts around Amity Park, and Roxy ended up becoming good friends with Danny, Jazz, and Tucker (her friendship with Sam had strengthened over the years).

.::.

In the alternate timeline (The Ultimate Enemy), Dan had tied Sibley and Steven to the Nasty Burger vat as well as the Fentons, Sam, Tucker, and Mr. Lancer. While Danny fought Dan, Roxy was trying to free everyone, but was unable to. The sauce vat explodes, killing everyone attached to it. Roxy only managed to survive the explosion because she was in her ghost form at the time, though she had a patch of third-degree burns around her eyes. She is thrown back to Danny, who had managed to defeat his evil self but was weakened severely, and changes back to normal.

Danny manages to, with his last bit of strength (fueled by determination), drag Roxy to the hospital (which was a few blocks away). As soon as they reached the steps, he collapsed and fell unconscious. They were both found by the Williams's (as Mattie had fallen down a flight of stairs and (luckily only) broken his leg) and admitted into the hospital.

After her recovery, Roxy falls in to a severe state of depression. While she never contemplated suicide, she was often unresponsive to the friends she still had, and she was nearly kicked out of the Pre-Engineering program for almost failing integrated science (she only managed to stay in by miraculously bringing her 71 D up to an 83 B towards the end of the semester). She is admitted to a therapist and put on anti-depressants, but nothing really seemed to work for her. Danny had been sent to live with Vlad, her best friends since she was 8 were dead (and Molly hadn't seen them around the Ghost Zone at all), she was loosing contact with Molly, and she eventually shut herself away from everyone.

After managing to graduate high school, Dan was in the fast process of his world domination montage. Valerie requests Roxy's help against him, but her extreme negativity made her too afraid to fight him. Instead of trying to face her fear, Roxy runs away and hides herself from the rest of the world for the next six years.

When the younger Roxy visits this timeline, the older Roxy (now called Roxana) is terrified of her until she realizes that it is only her younger self. Roxana tells Roxy the details that created this horrible past, and also tells her the way to avoid it: Clockwork.

.::.

Her anxiety disorder just gets worse and worse as time progresses, and she finally has to succumb to seeing a therapist every month to avoid daily panic attacks. The therapy sessions actually helps her control her powers more, since the anxiety that she would often feel during ghost attacks often caused her powers to go a bit out of control.

Later, she is forced to take on a shadow, a boy a bit older than her named Mikael Sørensen. Roxy doesn't mind having him shadow her all that much, especially since they have the same classes, and begins to become friends with him, along with another new student, Milo Bellamy.

Trivia:
* Her first name, Roxana, is English, Spanish, Romanian, and Latinized Ancient Greek, and it means "bright" or "dawn." Her middle name, Elise, is German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, and English, and it means "my God is my oath."

* Roxy is terrified of telling her parents about her sexual orientation, her political party (Democrat), and her religion (questioning).

* She refuses to travel anywhere (except to places such as school) without her stuffed bunny Calhoun, a female pale pink bunny with faded plaid footie pajamas and blue eyes (though she will sometimes slip Calhoun into her backpack and take her to school). Calhoun has been a comfort object to Roxy for as long as she could remember. (Her name and gender change often; previous names have included Mello, Rem, and Crona.)

* Her favorite manga/anime series are Hetalia (all 3 versions/5 seasons) and Death Note, and her all-time favorite manga/anime character is Mihael Keehl/Mello from Death Note.

* Her favorite video game series is Kingdom Hearts, and her favorite video game characters are Saïx, Roxas, Zexion, Demyx, and Xion.

* She is fairly obsessed with Vocaloid, and likes too many songs and Vocaloids to even mention.

* She loves sweets (especially dark chocolate), but she is also very fond of Italian food and good seafood, especially flaky fish, such as cod, and shrimp (it has to be warm; she hates cocktail shrimp). Bacon is another of her personal favorites.

* For unknown reasons, she dislikes red meat (Actually, she hates most kinds of meat, poultry, or fish because she finds the flavors and textures weird. This does not mean that she is a vegetarian, as there are times where she will happily eat meat.). She is starting to warm up to it, though.

* Roxy's body cannot handle a lot of milk products, as she will experience heartburn and feel sick to her stomach. Thus, she considers herself lactose intolerant.

* She has a 4.0 weighted GPA and a 4.75 unweighted GPA (a.k.a. straight-A's) (the unweighted is from her advaned classes; 6 out of her 8 are advanced in some way, shape, or form).

* She loves to watch Teen Titans, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Catscratch, and ChalkZone, as they are her favorite cartoons.

* Currently, her favorite movie is Wreck-It Ralph, and her favorite characters are Feliox and Calhoun (she also ships them).

* Roxy tends to procrastinate. A lot.

* Her dreams are to one day find her older sister Robyn again and to become a roller coaster/civil engineer.

* Her voice actress would be Luci Christian, and she was chosen because she was the English dub voice for: Alois Trancy from Kuroshitsuji II/Black Butler II, young Train Heartnet from Black Cat, Risa Harada from D.N.Angel, Wrath/Truth from Fullmetal Alchemist/Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, respectively, young Natsu from Fairy Tail, Hungary and young America from Hetalia: Axis Powers, Honey from Ouran High School Host Club, and Medusa Gorgon from Soul Eater. Roxy personally loves these animes/mangas (in the case of Black Cat/D.N.Angel/Fullmetal Alchemist/Fairy Tail).

* I (MelloRoxas13) originally created her to represent Ontario as a Hetalia: Axis Powers OC. She would have been Canada's little sister.

Yeah, the image kinda sucks, but I'm still really new at using PhotoShop (and Paint Tool SAI), so give me a break. I tried really hard not to make her a Sue, but I fear that I did.

I am aware that Amity Park is actually in Ohio, but I have seen it everywhere, so I thought, 'Why not Kentucky for my fan universe?'

She is NOT paired up with Danny at any point.

Most of the people mentioned are OC's (and many of them are based off of real-life friends or fictional characters), but the Danny Phantom characters belong to Butch Hartman.

And just to reinforce things, ROXY'S GHOSTLY WAIL IS A "COMBO FINISHER" TO HER SONIC MANIPULATION ABILITIES, AND IT IS WEAKER THAN DANNY'S!!! IT IS NOT THE SAME THING!

Actually, Amity Park, in Phantom Planet, was shown to be somewhere in the northeast corner of Indiana, near the Michigan and Ohio borders.

I am aware of that, however I have seen Amity Park all over the U.S.A., so I settled on Kentucky for anything involving my OC's. For my non-OC (except for background characters) fanfiction, Amity Park will be somewhere around that area.

wouldn't that make it confusing?
