Description

I have a bit of a break from school (but don't expect me to be active on DA again - I'm still pretty busy ^^), so I thought I should finally post these contest prizes for the TC contest from about a year ago- //SHOT! Congrats to all of the winners; you can find a link to each chibi individual below~ I had a lot of fun drawing all of these characters (and it was a trip down TC memory lane), so I hope that I managed to capture them all correctly! And thank you so much for being so patient with me to get these done <33

First Place: Concert for One (Chel and Nat)

I actually did this picture last, and about a month or so after the other two, which explains why it looks so different //SWEATS I had a lot of fun drawing both of these lovely ladies, and I really hope that I managed to capture their friendship...even if just a little bit. And I'll always use the excuse to draw someone playing piano (even though it blocks so much of Nat that I had sketched out ^^).

Second Place: Floral Friends (Alicia)

for

I had a lot of fun with this one, as I decided to play around with the background! Alicia has such a nice colour scheme that works so well with what I wanted to do. Also considering that Alicia is albino, I thought it would be really cute if she found some albino flowers to take home with her.

Third Place: Nighttime Reading (Sache)

for

I used this chibi as a chance to practice with lighting, so I hope that it turned out well! I had way too much fun drawing this boy, who decided to do some late-night reading I'm not gonna lie i like drawing night skies way too much-. Luckily he has Theo (Ray) and Phoebe looking after him, so he has a nice cup of tea and blanket to keep him warm~
