Okay, well, this is really embarrassing for me to post. I told myself that when I finished my sketchbook, on the last page, I'd go back and redraw the very first picture I drew in said sketchbook to see how much I improved. However... I didn't realize how awful the beginning of the sketchbook was, and, well... *hides face* I wish I could say that the first one was a drawing from, like, second grade, but... that would be lying. That would REALLY be lying. I won't say when that first picture is from, but I will say that it was lessthanfiveyearsago. Yeah, it's bad.
I don't know, though. At the same time, it's nice to know how much I've improved. The new one is just the rushed drawing I did because I wanted to get this nonsense over with, so it's not my best, but next to that monstrosity, it's pretty much museum-worthy. I'm just sitting here, shaking my head at myself. How did I think that was good!??! Just... HOW!?!? I have this fear, that in lessthanfiveyears from now, I'm going to look at the drawing I did today and have the same reaction. Because if I thought THAT was good then... ugh. Just ugh.
Why am I even posting this? And now I just realized her legs are facing the wrong way. Screw this, man. XD
