I honestly don't know if her answers/reactions should be shown in a comment, journal, drawing, etc... I might just do a mix of whatever I feel like- it also depends on what type of questions you ask her hehe >w< But keep in mind, she may not answer all of them as she's a tough one to get answers from- especially if they're a bit personal. (Or I was dumb enough to have not thought of an idea yet for your question as I'm still creating Melody as I go XD) If she doesn't gives you an answer, that's okay!
