tired in the day, and more alert at night

relaxed and calm. He is very down to earth and understanding/open-minded. he gives off a very laid back atmosphere that usually infects those near him. He is apathetic most times but he does consider peoples feelings. He is usually pretty sluggish and tired looking because he can't sleep. after he's fed properly however he looks like a refreshed renewed person.

Background Info:
Lance belonged to a moderate family with very high class friends. He grew close to a boy around his age who was apart of one of the prestigious families. Their friendship got to the point where they were inseparably. One day the boy called crying to Lance. He was almost inconsolable. He didn't want to be given to the government. His family has decided to donate him. Lance couldn't stand to hear his friends sobbing and without thinking he told the boy he'd go in his place.

The boys family agreed to the swap and he was given to the government in place of his friend. But before he went his friend and hugged him tightly and whispered in his ear
"You'd really do anything i asked...how pitiful...you'll be a better watch dog than I."

Lance was speechless. in a few seconds all he had come to believe about his friendship was shattered and all that was left was the simple truth that he was the boys escape goat. His whole life was gone and his soul was sold to become a watch dog. He followed the government indefinably instead of rebelling however. Working and dying was all he had to live for now and he was ready to die yet.

-He usually subs blood for normal food he just has to suck the fluids out of it

- not drinking blood keeps him stronger because he's starving and it has a wounded animal type effect on his power

- but not drinking blood means he cant sleep and he feels terrible and has migraines.

-His fangs get longer when he hasn't drunk any blood they are less noticeable when he has drank though

- he could sleeep for days if he drank enough blood

- he can starve himself enough to the point where he can't control himself (but he has his ways of keeping his diet in check)
