I have NO idea how to make stuff this clean.
Great detail with the heart-shaped reflection in the eyes ^^
Just an idea... Try to blur the highlights on the cheeks.. Those small dots makes the face seem a bit too shiny and oily. ^^

The highlight adds alot of shape.. So you should keep it.. just blur it.. and maybe a bit lower opacity. : D
