Description for a moment...
her mind blinked
a glimpse into another plane...
into a parallel....
a figure materialized...
for no more than a lamb's breath,
yet that brief moment lingered
in her mind
for what felt like slow ages....
and then the goddess spoke,
"a time of change
is coming, darling. a time
of shifting. measurements
being taken. measurements
for the hatchling.
it's time for you
to go to the next
level....
you need to be ready."

a goddess in mosaic prose... the mosaics work well together in this one too. even though we see "only" four arms, they way you've put the picture together gives the impression that there are many more arms hiding within the images or just beyond our consciousness...

i would SO publish your book + photos... but unfortunately I dont have the money and my own company yet... but the latter, I hope to get it done next year. I HOPE!

that figurine came from a local austin store called planet k. she's actually tara--goddess of wisdom. and of course she's been heavily modified in photoshop for this pic.
....and one day things will come together as a book. one day. i'm still trying to put together this web page which will be the online version of what i will want a book to look like. once that's up, i'll be shopping that around to potential publishers. i'm also trying to put together a portfolio to send out as well. we'll see where the new year takes me and my dark little army of dollies. then there's this expensive japanese doll i'm saving for....i'm almost tempted to get a second job this coming year. but oh well. thanks for the comments and i'll keep you informed.

yeah....i'm tormented by the need for a super dollfie. i recently discovered them and now i can't get them out of my head. i think of the stories and photographs that could be cultivated from such a prize and i'm breathless one day...one day soon.
the store probably does have more of tara, goddess of wisdom. i'll go down and check on it tomorrow. i paid 32-35 dollars for mine. i think that price is a bit high, but the crazed collector in me is willing to spend rediculous amounts on things that inspire me. i don't think it would be a problem at all to send one your way if you sent money. i'll check it out tomorrow or saturday and let you know

i soooo forgot to go to the store. i've been knee deep in the new sims game 'bustin out'. goodness, tomorrow i'll go up to planet k for sure...and i do have paypal so glad to hear about your blythe doll and your pullip. too cool i just discovered pulip not too longer ago and i can definitely see myself purchasing one in the future....as for the sd, i may soon be induldging in my evil credit cards towards purchasing...i just have to have one...the one i really want is a limited edition one name sasha and i won't have the funds for her until sometime in july/august...but in the meantime, there's another one that's striking my fancy and is in my price range...we'll see

i can so relate. i suspect there's subliminal messages in it and some sort of crack-like substance given off in its electro-magnatic waves.

Beautiful. This is a diversion from the rest of the images in the series, in that it's very spiritual, ethereal.

This is beautiful! So clear...I love the colours, reminds me of my childhood--kinda like a carnival at two am.
