I always try to make it as good as possible. Most people who make 3D origami make the pieces in a mere 5 seconds. I always want to have every piece perfect, and it takes (with cutting it on 2mm accurate) about 1 min/piece. I don't mind working so much on it to much ^_^ (this is about 300 pieces, so just making them alone takes 5 hours with me).

With normal origami (of one paper) I sometimes also lose patience, if it just doesn't go, but with 3D there is always a result (it can't fully fail, you'll always have the basic thing), which really helps being patient ^_^
