It's really ... bright, even though it's not, really. I like it. Her pose is so great.
The lines seem a little ragged again, though. Maybe a tutorial would be a good idea, especially for information on how to resize and save images so that you don't get many compression artifacts. Also, it might help you with making the lines jump out less from the page. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it looks a little as if they're floating above the picture (perhaps because of the compression) rather than being part of it.
Some variation of the line widths in the hair would make it look more like the rest of the picture. You have nice variation in her clothes, but her hair, which is similarly flowing, seems to be outlined with lines of mostly the same width.

This Is An Awesome Female Body Portrayal, I Love It! Im Not Gonna Pretend Like I Know A Lot About Conceptual Art, Cuz I Dont I Am A Poet, But I Can Give You An Opinion Through Words Very Easily, I Dont Know If You Meant To Or Even Thought About This While Drawing But, The Pipe The Woman Is Holding Is A Great Add To The Element, Back In Days Of Kings And When Women Wore Attire Like That Women Would Normally Not Smoke Unless Showing A Sign Of Power To An Individual, They Would Walk The Small Villages And Seduce Men Through The Smoke And Breath. Very Seductive Picture, Im Gonna Look For More From You! Keep It Up.
