I really like her expression, though I liked it better in the pen and ink. I like her sinuous hair with the silver streaks, and the way the lighting worked out. The pearl is pretty, and the sand-pattern, though totally accidental and probably unreproduceable, turned out really neat. The water behind her, though...yeeah. I need to spend more time planning out and coloring my backgrounds. That can be my goal for this year, along with perfecting my anatomy.Oh yeah, my other peeve about this piece. Her, um...water balloons. You'd think I'd know what big squashed boobs look like by now, but noooo.

She has implants! If you ever need pictures of boobs, I volunteer to send you references. Mom will look at me funny, but she looks at me funny a lot whether or not I'm asking her to take pics of me topless or in underwear. XD
Her hair reminds me of Japanese textile representations of water. The lighting, too, really looks nice and like she's actually underwater. As a member of the series of elemental pictures, though, it seems a little ... I don't know, dark and gray? The colors of the others are quite bright, and this one seems a bit grungy, like river water rather than ocean water. It's a unique take on a water elemental (who seem to usually be tropical blue rather than greenish), but I think you could do that with a bit brighter colors.
I'm critiquing the heck out of you this morning. I guess I'll stop now since I've gotten to the end of your gallery. It's cuz I love you, you know. Also, because I'm bored.

Could use more smooth looking toes. It would look better if you took of the lines on this somehow, like on Painter. 
Very good though and nicely big.
